How to use:

1. Soak the sponge in warm water for 5-10 minutes until it expands to full size & fully softens. Now squeeze out the excess water.
2. Once your ScoopOfBeauty konjac sponge is ready, pour some face wash over your sponge & gently massage your face in circular motions until your skin is clean or your makeup is removed.
3. Rinse the sponge thoroughly & leave it to dry in a clean & dry place.

NOTE: Konjac Sponge is a 100% natural vegetable product and should last 1 to 3 months. Once it starts to look tired or breaks down, replace it. Our Konjac Sponges can be safely composted or used in the garden to help water your plants by holding moisture.

Return & refund policy

ScoopOfBeauty do not offer refunds or exchanges for opened products due to hygiene concerns.

However, we do offer replacements purely on a case by case basis and it is always our endeavour to help our customers to the best of our ability as the case may be. The genuine cases of damage, leakage, missing product(s), wrong delivery of product(s) will be taken into consideration.

The customer shall bring the same to our notice within 24 hours of receiving the product(s).

To claim for returns/exchange, a clear & full unboxing video is a must from scratch before opening the box or mailer bag & without any stop, cuts or pauses within 24 hours.

After 24 hours no complaints will be entertained.

Cancellation Policy
