Refund & Return Policy
ScoopOfBeauty has no Return/ Exchange policy.
Although, if you have received any Damaged / Missing / Wrong article, then your order will be eligible for returns/exchange only if the same product is available and all conditions as mentioned in this policy are met. If the same product will not be available then we will offer a credit coupon which can be used on your next purchase.
Also, to claim for returns/exchange, an unboxing video is a must without any stop. The unboxing video should show the packed courier parcel in 360 degree view, followed by address and tracking details and then you should open the parcel, take out the product, show it clearly. If you find any damage or any other issue, you must show it clearly in the video. Video should be made without any cuts or pauses. The video should be submitted to us within 24 hours of receiving the packet. If the complaint is raised after 24 hours of receiving the packet because of any reasons, the complaint will not be entertained.
WITHOUT PARCEL UNBOXING VIDEO, NO COMPLAINTS WILL BE ENTERTAINED.
